These leadership programmes include workshops on Lateral thinking, Time Management, Corporate Etiquettes, Public Speaking – skills that are vital for corporate success- are conducted to make students Corporate Ready Managers. Opportunities for excellent corporate interface are provided through short term projects, internships in domains elected by the students, Guest lectures by senior industry experts, Entrepreneurs. There are Mentoring sessions known as 'Maitree' that are conducted where experts from various industrial backgrounds assist the students in honing their professional skills.
