An alumnus of IIM Ahemdabad (PGDBA) he also has International Professional certification in Applies Behavioral Sciences. After many years of substantive senior managerial experience in the corporate sector, in the areas of OD/HRD/Training/Selection, he started and built a substantial consulting practice including top clientele from both the private and public sectors in various domains of business and services.
He has extensive teaching experience in MBA/EMBA programs in many schools of business in India and abroad, and has been involved in advisory/consulting roles in institution building.
His areas of special interest as a faculty are:-
