Dr Nikhil Agarwal is an international expert on ICT4D, Internet Governance and eGovernance. In 2006, Deputy Secretary General United Nation invited Dr Agarwal as High-Level-Adviser to United Nation's Global Alliance on ICT & Development (UNGAID). Other than his current responsibilities Dr Agarwal is serving as Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Internet Banking & Commerce (JIBC) since 2005. In 2008, he is elected as Co-Chair of ISOC (Internet Society) Advisory Council. He is the first Indian to be nominated on the board of prestigious internet governing body. He participates as member in many think tanks & associations like World Entrepreneurship Forum, Billion Mind Foundation, Diplo Foundation to name a few. He is currently servicing as Director of Europe Asia Business School (EABS).
